Photovoltaic Plant Marmolejo-Olivares
The photovoltaic field in Jaén is a solar system with an installed capacity of 500 kilowatts (kW). It consists of 891 monocrystalline solar panels, each with an output of 570 W. The system is equipped with inverters with a nominal power of 500 kW, which are responsible for converting the direct current generated by the panels into usable alternating current.
This photovoltaic field has a capacity of up to 926 MW of electricity per year, making an important contribution to the production of clean and renewable energy. The solar panels cover an area of 10,000 square meters, whereby their arrangement can vary depending on the inclination of the terrain or the respective location.
The power generation capacity of the plant can meet the energy needs of 5,000 families, underlining its contribution to the sustainable energy supply of an important community. This has a positive impact on reducing dependence on non-renewable energy sources and improving sustainability at a local level.
